Det er vigtigt, at firmaet ogs\u00e5 i fremtiden har den n\u00f8dvendige arbejdskraft med de rigtige kompetencer. Ligeledes ser Tj\u00e6reborg Industri det ogs\u00e5 som en samfundsopgave, som firmaet gerne vil v\u00e6re med til at l\u00f8fte.<\/p>\n<p>Det er Tj\u00e6reborg Industris m\u00e5l altid at have mindst to elektrikerl\u00e6rlinge og to smedel\u00e6rlinge ansat, og der er mulighed for uopfordret at s\u00f8ge en l\u00e6replads hos Tj\u00e6reborg Industri.<\/p>\n<p>[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_tta_section][vc_tta_section title=&#8221;Arbejdskultur&#8221; tab_id=&#8221;kultur&#8221;][vc_row_inner css=&#8221;.vc_custom_1682593831072{margin-top: 25px !important;}&#8221;][vc_column_inner width=&#8221;1\/2&#8243;][vc_column_text css=&#8221;&#8221;]Tj\u00e6reborg Industri har omkring 150 medarbejdere fordelt p\u00e5 mange forskellige faggrupper:<br \/>\nSmede, elektrikere, r\u00f8rl\u00e6ggere, brol\u00e6ggere, mekanikere, t\u00f8mrer, specialarbejdere, chauff\u00f8rer, maskinf\u00f8rer, maskinmestre, teknisk designere, ingeni\u00f8rer, elinstallat\u00f8rer, programm\u00f8rer, kontorassistenter m. fl. h\u00f8rer til blandt medarbejderstaben.<\/p>\n<p>Omkring halvdelen af medarbejderne har sin daglige gang p\u00e5 virksomheden i Tj\u00e6reborg, mens de \u00f8vrige medarbejdere k\u00f8rer direkte til arbejdssteder og byggepladser rundt omkring i hele Danmark og ind imellem ogs\u00e5 i udlandet.<\/p>\n<p>Tj\u00e6reborg Industri er en familieejet virksomhed, med et uformelt arbejdsklima med gode relationer mellem de enkelte medarbejdere og imellem de forskellige afdelinger og faggrupper.<\/p>\n<p>Aldersm\u00e6ssigt er der en god fordeling blandt medarbejderne, med yngste under 18 \u00e5r og \u00e6ldste over 70 \u00e5r. Anderledes st\u00e5r det til med k\u00f8nsfordelingen, idet ca. 90 % er m\u00e6nd.<\/p>\n<p>Tj\u00e6reborg Industri har ry som en god arbejdsplads. En hel del medarbejdere har v\u00e6ret ansat i over 25 \u00e5r og nogle f\u00e5 i over 40 \u00e5r, og enkelte endda over 50 \u00e5r. Man oplever sj\u00e6ldent, at en medarbejder forlader virksomheden af egen fri vilje for at skifte arbejdsgiver.<\/p>\n<p>Personaleforeningen hos Tj\u00e6reborg Industri st\u00e5r for 3 til 5 arrangementer om \u00e5ret af forskellig karakter. Af tidligere arrangementer kan bl.a. n\u00e6vnes: julefrokoster, tilskud til skiture, fisketure, sommerfester, keramikmaling, Danfoss Universe, Rune Klan show, event p\u00e5 Gram Slot, Esbjerg Revy og Bisonjagt.
